20/20/20 Principle

Design the first hour of your day:

  • 20 minutes sweat-inducing vigorous exercise.
  • 20 minutes to reflect: meditate, journal, and plan.
  • 20 minutes to grow: review goals, read books, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, study online.
